The design of the queue number display is poorly placed. The chairs are all facing forward towards the counter but the queue number display is placed by the side. Have to keep turning the head to the side to look at the number. Would be better if there is a queue NJ number display at the front where the seats are all facing towards.

Jacob was efficient and friendly. He assisted with account closure and raised requests for printed bank statements quickly. His colleague, Aiden, was able to follow up promptly and was similarly cordial too. Their in-person branch services are better than the customer service hotline.
