About Japanese Cemetery Park

The Japanese Cemetery Park is the walk Serangoon North actually has, not a tourist shrine precinct. Address 43 Chuan Hoe Avenue, Singapore 544880. The Japanese Association (日本人会) runs it. Official hours 07:00-19:00 every day including public holidays. Phone +65 6591 7621. The ground started as a shared Japanese burial plot in 1891 on land given by Tagajiro Futaki. About 910 markers sit on roughly 2.1 ha. The Association asks visitors not to play Pokemon, not to bring pets, and not to stage loud photo shoots at graves. Kovan MRT is the nearest station, then a walk or a short bus along Yio Chu Kang Road. Last entry is closing time. This is a cemetery. Stay on the paths.
