Recently, my child bought a 1000mAh power bank from this shop. In less than one month, its cable started having problems. Although it came with a one-month warranty, The staff refused to honour it and instead asked me to pay extra for a replacement. This is unacceptable and suggests there may be quality issues with the product. The staff’s attitude was also rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with both the product and the service. Please think carefully before purchasing from this shop.
