Trusted TCM clinic and wellness retailer at NEX Serangoon for holistic care.
Eu Yan Sang is one of Singapore's most established names in traditional Chinese medicine, and its Serangoon NEX outlet combines a retail counter with a TCM clinic on level three. Best known for herbal remedies, wellness products and professional consultations, the clinic is staffed by physicians who take the time to understand each visitor's concerns, from pain management to general wellbeing.
Beyond retail tonics and packaged herbs, the NEX clinic offers consultations and treatments such as acupuncture, with patients praising attentive physicians and effective, considered care. It suits anyone in the Serangoon area seeking a trusted, integrative approach to health, whether for a specific complaint or a holistic check-in.
For time-honoured wellness with modern convenience, Eu Yan Sang at NEX Serangoon is a reassuring choice. Pop in to speak with a physician or browse the range of remedies that have made the brand a household name.
Worst Eu Yan Sang store of all, staffs are not helpful, friendly or efficient. Not keen to answer your questions and assist in finding the products. All of the other Eu Yan Sang stores I have been to have very nice staffs, this particular store is an exception.
Barbette Strauss
One of our worst shopping experiences on the retail floor with Eu Yan Sang. Although we never had complaints about other of their outlets during our recent visits, the branch here is sadly lacking in both their level of service & the staff …
Grand “Pavilion”
Sunken attitude from the store ‘senior’ really only commission based approached. Horribleness at the max! Like no money don’t enter !!!
