I went shopping around 19:30 this evening and bought 4 gift bags. The clerk kindly put it in a bag for me, but when I got home, I found that there were only 3 of them. When I called the store, no one answered. Although it didn't cost a lot, it felt very bad👎 …

Poor service, exceedingly unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Asked about where 1 item is, one staff just vaguely pointed to area. When asked if more stock can be found, another staff said 'it is all there', no checking done. End of conversation. It was not even busy in the store. Disappointing experience.
