The services at city spa getting worst. Anyhow did the face for you if you did not have the intention to renew package. Can do the facial for my gal using my package within 15mins and did not even put mask for her. Tried calling but to no avail.

I regretted signing up. The beauticians keep changing — I signed a $3000 package with one and she left shortly after. The new one who took over, you really can’t expect much. Before I even used half the sessions, they were already selling me to buy more.

It's a nightmare in my life. If you see those given 5 stars, the good staff has been left. $300+ facial can just use a machine to light treatment, no mask, no cleaning service. If you didn't sign up a new package, they will give you back face. Sisters, don't go, you will regret it for life.

I highly recommend my beauty therapist Adeline. She has a warm personality, soft gentle hands & is exceedingly professional. Adeline offers options which are appropriate for her clients, unlike other therapists I have met in the past. I always look forward to my next appointment with her.
